    I installed the latest plugins and themes, but the Salient Page Builder edit screen is not displayed.  What should i do

    2. Can I split text blocks?

    3. How can I change the hover color of all post links?

    I believe you are referring to the  Post Excerpts so you can adjust it here :

    2. Can I split text blocks?

    Not sure i understand . You can split a Row into Columns but not a Text Block into two Text Blocks . 

    3. How can I change the hover color of all post links?

    Use this css or similar :

    body .main-content a:hover {
    color: #39dfa5 !important;
}

    Hi,

    Thank you.

    However, １． it is the total number of characters in the post, not the excerpt of the post.

    This part of Gutenberg Editor.

    Hey Again,

    Unfortunately the Gutenberg editor is not compatible with salient and should be disabled.
