    Hi there,

    I have a other salient website where i have an video (in the background) that is not playing when you look on a ipad or iphone. 

    Is there any option to get this playing? 

    It is a mp4 file from own media.

    Hi there,

    In the Salient options panel > general settings > functionality tab can you also ensure that the option labeled "Disable Video Backgrounds On Mobile Devices" is off?
