    I love the self hosted video option so that videos can display on a phone! However, the video is slow loading on my phone and no "loading" spinner is displaying. Can you tell me if I'm missing a setting? Is there supposed to be a spinner on mobile? If not, is there a way to enable the loading spinner?

    Hey Again,

    Please have a look at this Article :Troubleshooting Video Backgrounds and pass the video through the online convertors then upload them and set it.

    Hey Again,

    Try reducing the Video Resolution to reduce the video size. Did you convert the videos using the online convertors ?.

    Hey Tahir,

    I did use the convertors. 

    I really don't want to drop the quality any further as some of the words in the video are starting to look bitmapped on my desktop.

    This long loading time is only a problem on my phone -- is there a "loading" or "spinner" for the video while it loads?

    No i am afraid there is no such loaded available at the moment. You can also try using Third Party Video Players as well.
