On the Save Our Rivers site we sort our posts by 'campaign'.
Short question is ... can I alter functions.php to rename post 'categories' as 'campaigns' across the whole site?

Longer explanation ...
-------------
I can change the slug in Wordpress default options so
http://saveourrivers.org/category/post-name
is
http://saveourrivers.org/campaigns/post-name
but this does not change the label across the whole site for 'category' or 'categories' and the word 'category' still appears in the subhead of the category page template.
I tried using the plugin Rename Taxonomies by WebMan ... and this does allow me to rename 'Categories' as 'Campaigns' in the back end admin but did not affect the subheading on the category page.
Having read another of your threads on this help forum, I am trying out the 'Say What Pro' plugin now, but cannot yet find the text domain to replace the 'Category' subhead text on a post category page.
