    Hey zimani ,

Thats Weird, Could you try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Thanks

I saw some open tickets with the same problem. I have tried already deactivating plugins, changing PHP version, resetting cache, nothing helps. I just also tried to install a new WordPress locally with Salience. It works there but I can't move all my content.

    Hi zimani,

Your PHP Settings are likely not correct.

Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

    • max_execution_time 60
    • memory_limit 256M
    • post_max_size 48M
    • upload_max_filesize 48M

Please have your hosting provider fix this for you so it works correctly

    Hope this helps.

Thanks Andrew, I have changed it also in PHP.ini. The same story.

    Hi zimani,

Could you allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are going to need username and password with admin privileges.

    Thanks.

    Hi zimani,

    Sorry for late response.

Could you try reuploading the Theme and check likely some files get corrupted during update . See url: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/updating-salient/ .

    Thanks.
