I've noticed that when I visit my blog from a private navigation window, or from another computer, it's extremely slow: header and footer loads instantly but the posts slow to appear about 20 seconds! What could be? Maybe is loading the original post image and not a preview? Thank you very much in advance!

Try running your site through gtmetrix.com to get a report . Also try using optimizing your theme using http://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/ or any other caching plugin . Also see http://wp.tutsplus.com/tutorials/10-quick-tips-opt... .
