    Hi, 

    icons and symbols are not displaying on my website and not in WPBakery either. I downloaded the Font Awesome plugin, but that didn't fix anything.

    What could be the problem? And how can I fix this?

    Please make sure your server has the correct Mime types set: https://github.com/FortAwesome/Font-Awesome/wiki/Troubleshooting . You might need to contact your hosting provider to add them .

    It still doesn't work after changing functions.php.

    Not even when I activate the parent theme instead of the child theme, and using another browser doesn't change anything either.

    Could you allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user as well as the login url.
