I accidentally deleted a section. I found in older restore this section. I copied code from section and pasted in recent page. Didn't work properly so deleted it. Now I cannot see any changes to front end when I edit in backend. Also there is a white top of page I cannot remove.

Could be a cache issue. Try editing that page in browser incognito mode.
