Hi, I've been working to optimize my website using Google Webmaster Tools. When I look at the PageSpeed Insights it recommends that I "Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content" for both mobile and desktop versions of the site. I'm not sure if this is anything you can shed some light on.
The only way to get rid of this would be to minify and combine the js files inside of the js folder in the theme. There are plugins that can do this for you, but usually require some finesse. One I would recommend tyring would be bwp minify :)
Thank you for that recommendation. I installed the plugin and it seems to have worked properly. Your Salient theme is awesome and the support has been fantastic. Thanks for helping me make a great website!
