Just recently some pages on the website have failed to open correctly first load.

    Refresh and losds ok.

    Only occurs with Chrome.

Same on all PC/laptops devices tested.

Can you replicate and identify the issue which I believe may be theme related.

    Thanks

    Hi Mike,

Please clear your cache using this guide: https://themenectar.ticksy.com/article/6226/ and for WP Rocket use this guide :  https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/108-render-blocking-javascript-and-css-pagespeed#critical-path-css m.

    Kind regards.

    Hi Andrew,,

    Thanks for your reply.

I have spent several hours now clearing all of the cache options yrt still I have the issue.

However, I do need you to see if you can replicate the issue before wasting your time.

If you use Google Chrome browser and open up a web page - then open up a new tab and enter this url: https://www.yugc.co.uk/seniors20/ to see if you have the same issue as me where the page appears to load but with very deep blue header. - see attached

Simply refresh the page and it loads correctly.

    Regards

    Hi Mike,

I cannot replicate the issue on my end. Checked using chrome and it loads fine without having to refresh as you mentioned. I even tried checking in browser incognito.

Could you try checking with caching plugin disabled and see if the issue is cleared.

    Kind regards.

    Hi Andrew,

    Great suggestion.

De-activated WP Rocket and SG Optimizer.

    Issue cleared.

    Activated SG Optimizer.

    Issue still cleared

    Activated WP Rocket.

    Issue returned!!

Tried a few changes and found this:  "WP Rocket reminds you to not activate file concatenation if your site runs on HTTP/2"

The website has just been moved onto a new hosting platform which runs HTTP/2 so I  disabled the "Combine CSS files" in the file optimization area and that appears to have cleared it.

2 days of hassle  and going round the houses with 3 support teams - should have sought your support earlier!

Many thanks for your guidance - much appreciated.
