i have added to fancy boxes that are the same size, have not edited the default text and just added in two identically sized pictures - however the boxes are two completley different sizes. is there a css code to force them the same height and width . many thanks. the page with issue

hi- yes all values are the same, I’ve had issue like this with other kinds of boxes. The two boxes are identical but as soon as you add a background picture - the sizes of both become different - even when picture is the same. Previously I’ve just copied css code from here for other box types  to fix the error , but can’t find any for fancy box- are you able to provide?

also as you can see in the image the text within the box and icons are all over the place too

I generally don’t use them as they never work if you customise them... however I’m keen to use them on this project so any help would be great!!
