You need to update the Theme as well after running the WP Update. Also I Can see the Video loading on desktop Chrome at the moment?.

3. For Woocommerce caching issues see: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-caching-plugins/ . 

Also update to Salient Theme Version 12 and Salient WPBakery Page Builder 6.1 .
