    I'd like to add this popup for newsletter sign ups.  The company said I need to put it directly under <body>.  The host company said I need to talk to you on where to put: <div></div>

    Hey Janice!

    You can put it in a RAW Html Block in Visual Composer.

    Thank you so much Tahir.  I was confused because the company said I needed to put it below <body>.  Again, this is an amazing theme!!
