The logo was showing perfectly in the transparent menu (that shows on page load). I switched it out for an .svg, which was too big, so I switched it with a smaller .png. From that point on, it wouldn't show/load. I even switch back to the original logo that I was using, but it wouldn't show either.
I appreciate your help in getting this resolved - it is a time-sensitive matter.
It is still loading the svg logo. Make sure you clear cache after switching to original logo. Also ensure you uploaded the starting logo in transparent header effect
Hi, I see that the logo is in the source file, I also see the logo existing the header when I scroll the page. I also purge the cache constantly... and going by your instructions, I uploaded a new logo in the transparent header effect interface. I'm still getting the same results - no visible logo.
I'll be happy to give you login credentials if you'd like to take a look.
Could you try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Hi Jim,
The password seems incorrect. Please confirm and share again.
Thanks.

We cannot deactivate without your permission.
Kind regards.
Hi Andrew, you nailed it. It was a plugin conflict. I'll take it from here. Thanks for your help!
Hi Jim,
Glad you had that solved.
Please get in touch if there is anything else I can help you with.
