    I am having issues installing the WPBakery salient page builder. It keeps giving me the same fail message: "Destination folder already exists."

    I have tried deleting the folder manually with ftp but still get the error. 

    Can you help me?

    Thanks for using Salient. 

    This is a common issue as you need to adjust the PHP Settings: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/updating-salient/#troubleshooting .

    That doesn't seem to be the same issue I am having? Are you sure this is the only solution?

    Hi there,

    Manually add the plugins with the "Easy Theme and Plugins Upgrades" Plugin

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/

    Also ensure that php settings are correct

    Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

    • max_execution_time 60
    • memory_limit 256M
    • post_max_size 48M
    • upload_max_filesize 48M

    Please have your hosting provider fix this for you so it works correctly
