I have a superscript in a text inside a normal text block:

Then, below in the same page I have a Toggle Panel. Inside the toggle called panel "Preguntas Frecuentes" is, among other texts, the definition/quote that I like to link named "¿Cómo definimos campaña?".
The Toggle wont open if its on the same page so you will have to use a Row Anchor.

I need an anchor link (for example: #first) that goes to a Toggle Panel and open it. Or better, that goes to a text inside the toggle panel.
Are any of these options possible?
