I'm at the end stages of a website build and I cannot get a good part of the text to format properly. The bold function isn't working and I can't get any of the list bullets to show up. The URL I've given you is where I had to use a colour to make up for the fact that the I couldn't get the text to bold. It's happening across the site. Can you have a look and let me know how to fix it?
I can try that but I can't change the font this late in the game. All their marketing materials have already been printed. Can we make it work with the font that currently being used?

Try switching to a Different Font and check. The problem seems to be with the Font as when i switch to Open sans it works correctly:
