Hi,

I can reproduce the error with lazy loading icons showing "broken images" icons in browser. 

I attached a video of it.

I just have to set the internet to "slow" and then lazy loaded images, that are not loaded fast enough, are shown with these [broken images icon] + [alt tags] as in the video.

Is there a way you can fix this for the next release?

I just emulated a slow internet in my chrome inspector.
