    Hi, I make my website based on wellness template and I don't find the contact form part on import or in module list. 

    Is that normal ?

    Very cool template by the way

    Please make sure you have the Contact Form & plugin installed

    If you don’t already have that plugin installed, make sure to read over the Installing Plugins chapter.

    Hello Andrew,

    Thank you for your prompt answer.

    I already installed contact form 7 plugin.

    The others contact template from older pre-built websites are available in the salient template list. 
    But wellness contact is not one of them.

    Create a form and add contact form element to the page.
