Hello, I have created my website with Salient theme on my localhost, now when I moved it to a live server and attached my domain name, the portfolio links didn't changed yet. It still display's my old server permalink. You can see on https://vizfoundry.com/work these are all portfolio items but have old server link. How to change the whole link of portfolio items?

You also need a plugin like Better Search replace to search for all occurrences of your old URL and replace it with the new URL. This will help in the case where there are plugin and theme settings saved on the database using the Old URL.
