    Hello, 

    Just activated Salient on my client's website but eventhough I made sure there wasn't any other Bakery Page Builder, the activation of the extension remains impossible. 

    Can you check ?

    Could you allow us to login to your website so that we investigate more. We going to need username and password with admin privileges.

    Hi May,

    I noticed salient is not active on your site and could not activate without your permission.

    You php settings might not be correct hence process not completed

    Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

    • max_execution_time 60
    • memory_limit 256M
    • post_max_size 48M
    • upload_max_filesize 48M

    You can ask your host to fix

    Sorry I forgot to reactivate it as my client's website would be off if I don't put back the old template. 

    Now it's activated.
