I am building a page for an architecture firm that displays their team members.

I decided to use 'Image Gallery' instead of the 'Team Member' option because the image sizing for 'Team Member' was odd. When I tried using the 'Team Member' plugin it increased the image size by a lot. 

I do not want the image to give the option to 'View Larger' and I want to link each photo out to a bio page. Is this possible when using the 'Image Gallery' set up?

It would be cool to change the 'View Larger' to just 'Read More,' and then instead of blowing up the photo it just goes to a bio page.
