Hi - I'd like to add a full width section below the layout of the basic portfolio page. It seems I can only add content in the sidebar and the main column.

I'm after something like the Call to Action full width section, but unique to each portfolio item. Is this possible? Thanks.

I'd also like to add a full width widget area under the portfolio item too. Is this possible? If the full width is not doable, can I add a widget area under the main column?

    Hey William!

You can add content on single portfolio page using the visual composer . Please enable full width page option.

    Thanks

Thanks for the fast replay Tahir. Can I add the area underneath the comments, butting up to the footer?

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here, but as soon as I enable the full width page option the page changes completely to this:

    Hey William!

If Full widht doesnt work for you i am afraid there is no other available option such as the call to action area  that you could use.

    Thanks

The call to action is kind of useless as it's site wide.

A soon as I hit full width, the basic portfolio page changes completely - see the links above. Is this supposed to happen? It seems to ruin the layout. So there's no way of adding a full width bar to the basic portfolio layout of main column and side column?

What a shame, it seems like such a simple thing to be able to do. Ahh, WordPress templates. Always offering the illusion of flexibility, but only within strict parameters... :)
