Is the Backend graphic based editor down? When i try to load this to edit a page the editor looks all out of place and half HTML. This happens in multiple browsers and with cache cleared..

Please make sure you are using the latest version of all of your plugins, and your theme. If you are, you may want to ask the developers of the code mentioned in the warnings for an update.
Thank you. I had a plugin called "autoptimize" That i just disablled and seems to be working at the moment. Will keep running some tests. Have you had known issues with that before? Was using it to test speeding up my site..
Thank you will try that.. Looks like Autoptimize was what was making the editor not work.. Not sure why but seems to be working now with that off and Jquery Migrate Plugin off
Another question that could be related to this optimization.. When i try to check speed insights on google i get this error "Lighthouse returned error: FAILED_DOCUMENT_REQUEST. Lighthouse was unable to reliably load the page you requested. Make sure you are testing the correct URL and that the server is properly responding to all requests. (Details: net::ERR_CONNECTION_FAILED)"

Hey Again,
To fix this, you can install a plugin: Enable jQuery Migrate Helper (https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/) on your setup so that there is no such issue.
The jQuery migrate plugin will correct any issues with plugins that are relying on since it's now been removed from the WP core.
Thanks

Try using the Optimization plugins recommended in this Article http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/performance-optimization-guide/ and check if that makes a difference .
