Is it possible to add the disclaimer to the footer area, where the copyright and the social icons are?

I've managed to add widgets to the footer area but this footer area is different from the one containing the copyright and the social icons. I'd like for the three to be on the same line. Also create a disclaimer that is clickable as a popup.

How should I proceed?

I can tell you that I'm using the Salient Theme, that I've chosen the demo Agency and that my footer looks exactly the same as on the demo. 

Now that I've looked at the demo again, I doubt it is possible to add anything to this footer except the copyright and the social icons. Every other info are on a footer above.

I have to add the code in Salient->Footer->Footer Copyright Section TextPlease enter the copyright section text. e.g. All Rights Reserved, Salient Inc. right?
