    Hello,

    I don't know if ya'll have the same issue.

    At each modification in the visual builder. The page refreshes and jumps to the first row. And it's like that all the time when you want to work when the Fullscreen Row option is activated. And it does it on any explorer...

    I do not encounter this problem when the option is off but it defies the objective of the manipulations especially when the final pages are fullscreen row ON. 

    Is it a bug or do I have to do something

    Hi there,

    Could you try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Hi Andrew, the manouver failed. I deactivated all the plugins, except those from salient and it's pretty much the same ...

    Here's a quick video showing you the error occuring on my side.

    Is the hosting provider can be an issue? I'm at IONOS.  Any Idea?

    Which version of the theme is currently installed on your site.

    Not able to replicate the same issue on test site. Below is screen recording

    Check PHP Settings if correct.

    Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

    • max_execution_time 60
    • memory_limit 256M
    • post_max_size 48M
    • upload_max_filesize 48M

    Please have your hosting provider check and fix.

    I have the lastest version of Salient (see the attachment)

    I checked and °memory_limit° sems to be under the value you recommended. I'm following your advice by contacting my provider and I'll keep you update.
