I'm just wondering how I can customise it so that for the tablet responsive size I can display the normal desktop menu navigations and page element column layouts.
Sorry for the delay. I am afraid its not possible with css alone. If you really need this done please consider hiring a freelancer over at envato studio. Please make sure the edits are made in the child theme so if the theme is updated the changes are not lost.
