I would like to add a commentary feature to the portfolio items. I would not like the feature for anyone and any subscriber to the website to be able to comment. Because the portfolio items on the website are law cases from international tribunals, the comments feature is to have a very specific purpose: there will be commentary from accredited legal scholars who write their opinion about the case (see attachment) and this should be displayed above the first page of the PDF thumbnail that is on the (URL page I have given). How can I add a commenting system like this, without it being the usual comments and feedback system provided by wordpress for the website users.
