I am having one problem recently with the navigation buttons. The email button on the bottom of this site that uses the icon only links to the site and not email. I've tried updating the field in the Social Media section to be "mailto:[email protected]," but that is also just opening in another tab versus an email. Using "[email protected]" in the Email field results in the current state of the site: the email button links to the website.
How am I supposed to format the email field to get it working properly as a navigation icon?

Thanks for using Salient.
You have to add the email like this "mailto:[email protected]," and it will open the default email editor for the user.
