I have used drag and drop for creating recent posts. If you see there are 4 recent posts on home page. I need "read more" button for the same. Is there any options thats on the theme that needs to be enabled for getting the same?

that's fair enough Tahir, however it should still be an option to add it. whilst i understand you want to make your own design decisions, you should also consider the fact that others like to do things differently. please don't limit your users based on this. i find this theme lacking many options that should simply be there. 

header options in particular come to mind - i have had to add css to centre my logo with the menu underneath. you may not think this works well, but it actually does quite well. this is a great theme - but it needs many more options to avoid css hacks.
