Set fallback font for Google fonts

I'm using Google fonts across our site (Poppins Bold) - and on page load it briefly shows a serif font before the Google Fonts load.

I've tried setting fonts in css as a fallback of: font-family: Arial, sans-serif; but this doesn't seem to make and difference.

Does anyone know how to change the site wide default font it's loading before the Google Fonts load, as it's a really jaring change at the moment.

    Thanks.

    Hey Again,

    Try adjusting these options:

Yep I've already go that set.
The site seems to be momentarily loading a serif font (looks like times!) before the Google fonts kick in. Where is this font that it initially loads set?

Could this font be tied into the Ascend skin the site uses? And if so where can the font choice for this be overridden?

    Hey Again,

This can't be overridden at the moment via the Theme Options. Try turning on the Page Transitions Option in the Theme Options Panel and see if that helps.

    Thanks

Thanks for coming back to me. That works! Nice little transitions as well thanks.
It would be great to have some sort of way to edit this font in a future updated (even if it's just knowing a way to set this via css), as i think a lot of people will run into the same issue.
    Thanks again though.
