I need to add a map from the whole country, with more then 1.000 points of attendance.

So in this map when you click at the state you are looking for, it will show the number of points of attendance in that state and then you can go to the cities, and see each address we have one of those points.

Do you know how can I add it to the Salient Theme?

I'm trying the way you said at the link. But, as you can see at the attached prints: 

I found the 1. Go to GCP console, (here I found a project already created 11 days ago that I don't know how!  Because I never used it before... Do you know what happened here?)

Then, as you can see at prints, I could not find the 2. Go to the APIs & Services > Credentials in any way I went there, can you help me here? (attached prints).

Can you please answer those questions and show me where should I go to find this APIs & Services?
