    I was wondering how I can disable video backgrounds for mobile devices.

    Hi Brian,

    Thank you for reaching us.

    Navigate to Salient Theme Options>General Settings>Functionality then Disable Video Backgrounds On Mobile Devices. This will remove all self hosted video backgrounds from your rows/page headers that use them on mobile devices .
