Hey guys, since the last update we seem to be having an issue with a grey bar appearing at the top of the header.

    Any ideas on a fix?

    Thanks

Hi Andrew, those settings were already in place. I have switched it off then on again.

    Cleared all caches etc.

This looks like a javascript problem. I switched off the minify option on W3, still persists.

    Thanks

Actually looks like it could be the WP admin bar, rather than the secondary nav.

Only thing is its showing when no one is logged in.

    Hi Dariush,

Check if there is a code added to custom JS code section in Salient > General settings > CSS/Script related. Make sure you add it correctly. Test if the space is gone with the code removed. Also see if you have a plugin that could be injecting that.

Hey really appreciate the help with this.

It was Google Analytics Dashboard Plugin for WordPress by MonsterInsights that was the culprit. I have raised it with them and as far as i can see so have other users of the plugin.

Ive added my GA tracking code via the header now and deactivated MonsterInsights.

Problem is fixed. Hope this helps anyone else using MonsterInsights and Salient.

    Regards
