After loading and activating WPML plugins I noticed that my social icons were no longer displaying. After checking the site I saw that my 'icon list' icons were also not displaying.
I removed the WPML plugins but the icons are still not showing.
I discovered the conflict was with the toolset plugin from WPML and I hadn't deleted it. Now I have deleted that plugin and everything is working. Thank you.
