Copy pasting the Developer's reply regarding a similar query, hope this answers your question.
The Nectar Love cookie is a very simple cookie that only stores the ID of the post which has been "loved". No personal data of the user is collected/used, and therefore the cookie falls under the category of "Strictly necessary cookies", which don't require user consent according to https://gdpr.eu/cookies/
However, if you wish to remove that functionality, the file "wp-content/plugins/salient-social/includes/admin/nectar-love.php" would need to be edited.
Does Salient use cookies, and if so, could you describe exactly how? My client's legal team wants to specify this in their privacy policy.
Thanks!
