I might be missing something here, but when I'm on the Visual Composer and click "Templates" > "Save Current Page as Template", the link does absolutely nothing...
I've disabled plugins, made sure everything is up-to-date - but still nothing.
Has this feature been disabled..? Am I going to have to download an alternative plugin to clone pages?
Please take a backup of your theme folder before you update so that if there are any changes made to the theme files they are not lost.
You can update your theme by downloading a fresh copy from ThemeForest, deleting the current version you have on your server and uploading the new.
It's recommended that you use FTP, but this also can be done with the WP dashboard if you prefer. The reason FTP is superior for this is because the theme won't have to be deactivated during the process so you won't have to reassign your widgets. If you're
interested in keeping up to date with the latest changes and fixes, please refer to the changelog: http://themenectar.com/changelogs/salient.html
Also, remember to clear your browser cache after each update if you notice anything off. Old theme files can persist in your local cache and make you think something's wrong.
Also please see this FAQ: http://themenectar.ticksy.com/faq/2252 .
I've updated to 4.5.1, cleared cache, reset browser settings - still having the issues, however.
I can't see what the issue is; when I click the drop down menu, there is a button to "save current page as template" - but it doesn't actually do anything at all. No error message, no link to alternative page, nothing at all.
Incidentally, the "Get Shortlink" option for the page does exactly the same thing - related..? So frustrating that this is happening, but appreciate your help!
It seems that, for whatever reason, the two buttons I talked about above won't work on the metro app version of Internet Explorer; just tried them on Google Chrome (without making any adjustments) and it works just fine!
Guess this can be marked resolved..!
Thanks Tahir - awesome work on this project, there are a thousand-and-one reasons why I don't want to deviate from this particular theme!

Hi (again)
Issue resolved.
