I search a plugin how work with salient to put a header promo bar on top salient website. I need make promotional code, and information changing easy, including or not button.

I see you use on your demo website top black HEADER Envato Market promo

What plugin do you use why I've test 2 one but it doesn't work correctly with your theme.

Please I need really this feature.

The header goes on top of the salient header?

I need to put sticked top the salient header same rules as your Envato Market header. but I do not see the setting to do that in Popup Maker plugin.

Have you made a special code to do that? Can you send me the setting or code you use it?

Sorry I need precision, I am confused

In my first question, I ask to know what plugin is used to make the Envato Header. Your Answer was the plugin POPUP MAKER. 

Is this external plugin of Salient how made the top Envato header?

I know this tape of header is not included with Salient but I need a solution or direction to do that please? We make code, everything can be replicated?
