Problem with all filters

Hi! I have described other filter-problems before, and now I have tested some of the most popular filter-plug-ins on CodeCanyon. And they all cause issues. It seems to be some sort of bug in the theme (or some general compability issues). Earlier on, you told me that your theme does not support heiracical child-categories (which is really a shame). So I tried and disable all child-categories but yet the problems persist. I have, of course, also tried and disable all other plug-ins. There seems to be no conflicts among plug-ins.

This time it is not that products (or posts) are missing. This time, regardless of how I try and filter, I get shown every single product. That means: What ever filter you click, the products are sorted, but they are sorted completely randomized and all products are returned, despite if none of them have the filter attribute.

Also, the search-function is not working and returns a 404.

I have been in dialogue with the developer of the installed XforWooCommerce for ages, but he has given up and says it must be issues with the theme, as he has never experienced this issue  before.

I have also experienced problems with the native Woocommerce filtering.

I hope you can help me out, and I know you are vain about customers using the term "bug". I mean no offence, its just the only word I can come up with to discribe that there is an issue.

Thanks a million and happy new year!

    Hey Peter,

It looks like you had no shop page defined in WooCommerce (see attached image).

I'm assuming the plugin you're using is intended to work on the actual WooCommerce pages, and is not able to modify the query correctly on custom pages, such as https://packroff.dk/seneste-laeste-boeger/ where you've manually added in a sidebar widget and products element separately via the page builder.

On the new shop page I created and assigned as to the "Shop Base" in the WooCommerce settings, the filters, search and pagination seem to work normally: https://packroff.dk/shop/
