    Hi There,

You can use the say what plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/say-what/ and use "salient" Text domain for these particular texts to work.

    Thanks

    Hey Again,

Since you are translating the whole site, a better option would be to use the Loco Translate Plugin: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/translations/. Also, switch WP to RTL so the page elements align correctly.

    Thanks

    Hey Again,

This might help, reference url: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/27056/different-language-for-frontend-vs-backend

Since WordPress version 4.7, different Backend users can set their own preferred admin language using the native WordPress language selector. This way, they see the WordPress interface in their language and can more easily manage content. nhBGD.png
