I am trying to use the demo importer and all of the thumbnails are missing and I cannot click on 'Import'. I have contacted my hosting package and they have increased my PHP limits and I have wiped the install and re-installed and still have the same issue

Some images are copyright protected and won't get imported. However, you can use the Salient Studio Pre-built layouts: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/salient-studio/ .
