You will have to replace the image on a existing icon. Please upload a icon image in the media library and provide us the page url so we can write up custom css to replace that particular icon.
Unfortunately, those social share icons can't be changed. Try turning off the Salient Social Plugin and use a Third Party Sharing Plugin that offers WhatsApp and Instagram integration options.
