Could you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing?. Also try setting up the optimization plugins as mentioned in the guide and it should help .

There is indeed a viewport tag set by default in Salient, and you can see it in your page source at the top:
When running your URL through the Google mobile friendly test, it's also able to see it and validate your URL:

Because of this, it would seem like the current analysis from the search console is inaccurate. Have you tried to re-crawl you URL?
