Hi all, 

i did some manual translations (englisch to german) in these files: 

• search.php
• includes/header-search.php
• searchform.php

Now the frontend looks perfect ;) 

(the linked site above is not accessable for you, right now)

But here is the thing: If i will update Salient to a newer / the next version, all those corrections will be gone, 'cause the files will be overwritten by the update. Can you push me in a direction how one would have solution for this problem?
