Hi, i'm using the amazing salient theme for an ecommerce website but I have the following error on checkout:
" Error during status transition. SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn’t load from ‘http://david-albaro.ddns.net/ws_sito/ws_sito.asmx’ : Premature end of data in tag html line 3"
Please check first for plugin conflicts by deactivating the third party plugins then reactivate them back one by one to see the one that might be the culprit.
I've tried to disable all the plugins except the salient plugin and the other only plugin i need to fetch the database of products from another server (i've included it in the attachment)
Could you try switching to a Default WP Theme and see if the issue exists?. I believe this is a server side issue and would have to be corrected by your hosting provider.
