I cannot add more than 10 images to my Image gallery, the moment I try to add 11 images, I click the Add Images button and it deselects everything and does nothing.

I have updated my themes and increased and updated my PHP settings but it still won't allow me to upload more than 10 images.

    Hi Irvine,

Please check for plugin conflicts by deactivating third party plugins the reactivating them back one by one to see which one falls culprit.

    Thanks.

    Thanks for the reply Andrew

None of the plugins to have any effect when I deactivate them, If I deactivate the 'Salient WPBakery Page Builder' plugin and the 'Classic Editor', I can add more than 10 images using the standard Word press gallery block however I don't have any control over the layout options, image sizes etc so this won't work - i would prefer to fix the gallery bug

    Hi Irvine,

Please try disabling the gutenberg editor from wpbakery settings and see whether that fixes the issue.

    Thanks.

    Hi Irvine,

Where exactly did you wanted to add the images so that we can try uploading from our end.

    Thanks

  • Irvine replied

We are a photography company so we need to continuously upload our photo galleries. but you can try upload a gallery to this page https://irvinemedia.co.za/nicole/

You can use the most recent photos that were uploaded to the Media Library

Please check for server php errors using this guide: http://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/your-complete-guide-to-troubleshooting-wordpress/ . It would be best to contact the hosting provider and have them look into this as they are aware of the Server Configuration Details .

    Thanks
