I understand how to create a mouse parralex section as shown here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NIgi-YyspcE, however I want it to appear under the header navigation as you have got it in your video example. So the navigation area will be transparent. Currently, in the format you have in your example, I can only get the mouse parallax section working below the navigation.
