No access to classic editor - display bug?

    Hello,

On portfolio pages that I created with short codes I no longer have access to the classic editor. My workaround is to click on the visual composer button, then click the classic editor button. Sometimes it still doesn’t appear and I will convert the page, click classic editor and that helps. But again not always. Doesn’t seem to be a problem on non-portfolio pages like my home landing page. I’d really prefer not to convert all pages to visual composer at this time. I hope there is a fix for this.

Screenshot is of my options on a full-width content page.

    Hey Janet!

This is likely a plugin conflict as we have had no reports of this issue before. Please deactivate all third party plugins so we can rule that out. Also please provide wp-admin login credentials so we can take a look as well.

    Thanks

    Hey Janet!

When I logged in and checked a couple of your existing portfolio items and tried to create a new test one with the full width option on I was indeed able to freely switch between the classic and visual composer views for the extra content editor - if you're still having this issue please let me know if there's a specific browser this occurs on

    Cheers

    Hey Janet!

I believe the issue is that Visual Composer needs all content within vc_row tags and the old ones dont have that so therefore the issue. If once you convert theme to VC it should not show up again.

    Thanks
