    Hello, 

    I have a toggle panel, accordion style. The first section opens on pageload, but if I toggle any other section and then try to reopen the first section, it will not react to my clicks and will not reopen. Just a page reload can reopen the first section.

    Tried Safari and Chrome on Mac.

    Hey Again,

    You need to increase the Z-index of the Row with the Accordion Page Element as the Cascading Images is overlapping the first accordion:
