I'm using the Post Grid element on my page and I want to display an automatic excerpt. I found out that the element will only show an excerpt if I put in a manual excerpt. Is there a way to pull an automatic excerpt from the main article even if I won't put a manual excerpt (just like how the Recent Post and Blog Post behaves)?
Right click on the Post Grid Element and then, Edit Post Grid > Layout Settings and you will find Excerpt Words field in the bottom. Change with your desire value of how many words you want to display in the excerpt. And then simply Update.
